Often, it is not strictly the cost of specialized tools and “green” materials that negatively impacts the leaders in a manufacturing company’s willingness to change, but a certain mindset. As such, an extensive overhaul in terms of thinking within the manufacturing industry is needed before real, far-reaching change can be implemented. It isn’t until this major shift in the manufacturing sector is realized that significant environmental improvement of any proportion can take place.
